Although we always do our best to expedite all orders and ship them out to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 7 business days for production: this is indeed the time we need to do everything with the love and attention we want to put into every single 𝑀𝑜𝑜𝓃𝑅𝑜𝓈𝑒 𝒥𝑒𝓌𝑒𝓁𝓇𝓎 piece, to make sure that it is perfect and everything you dreamed of 🥰 💖 For special requests regarding timing, send us a message and we will gladly do out best to help out!

 

Please note that production times do not include shipping times. Those are separate and only start once the package has been shipped out. Depending on which shipping method you selected, delivery time may vary. You can find more info below: 

☪ Italy: shipped via GLS express courier. Delivery in approximately 1-2 business days (3 business days for islands, Calabria and remote areas);

☪ Europe: depending on the selected shipping method, orders are shipped via mail service or GLS/UPS/DHL express courier. Delivery via mail service in approximately 4-15 business days (depending on the area), delivery via GLS express courier in approximately 3-6 business days (depending on the area);

☪ ROW (Rest of The World): when shipped via mail postal service, please allow between 5-15 business days for delivery (depending on the area). When shipped via Express Courier (GLS or DHL), please allow between 3-8 business days for delivery (depending on the area).

IMPORTANT: Some countries might require Customs Clearance, which could cause some additional delay that does not depend on us. Please keep in mind that, for all those countries that do require Customs Clearing, the customer will be the sole person responsible for any VAT & Duties applied to their shipment. By placing an order with us, you agree to this.

As customary with delivery, please keep in mind that delays may occur and that they do not depend on us but solely on the carrier.
