Shipping policy

By placing an order with MoonRose Jewelry, you agree to abide by our Shipping Policy. We recommend reviewing this policy before making a purchase. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support team.

1. Shipping Address:

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any orders returned (i.e. returned to sender) due to incorrect, incomplete address or failure to collect from a designated collection point (i.e. after a missed delivery attempt) will require new shipping to be purchased before orders will be reshipped. If customers opt to cancel and request a refund, any refund will have the relevant shipping and return shipping costs deducted.

2. Shipping Timeframes:

Shipping timeframes are outlined on our website and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout. We make every effort to fulfill and ship orders within the specified timeframes, but please note that shipping times may be subject to delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Although we always do our best to expedite all orders and ship them out to you as soon as possible, please allow up to 7 business days for production: this is indeed the time we need to do everything with the love and attention we want to put into every single 𝑀𝑜𝑜𝓃𝑅𝑜𝓈𝑒 𝒥𝑒𝓌𝑒𝓁𝓇𝓎 piece, to make sure that it is perfect and everything you dreamed of 🥰 💖 For special requests (such as special events like birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) requiring an early delivery, send us a message and we will gladly do our best to help out!

DURING November & December, due to BLACK FRIDAY promotions and the Christmas holidaysplease keep in mind that production times may be increased to up to 20 business days since the date the order was placed. We appreciate your understanding with this, and it is expected that you agree to these terms when you place your order with us during this period. We are a small artisanal atelier, and it takes us a little extra time to create all the jewelry by hand during this very busy period 💗🥰

Please note that production times do not include shipping times. Shipping times only start once the package has been handed out to the carrier. Depending on which shipping method you selected when placing your order, delivery times may vary. Delivery times are subject to the selected carrier’s network capacities with quoted time frames being based on the typical time taken for carriers to deliver an order via the selected service. We do everything in our power to ensure that the delivery happens within the given estimate. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that solely depend on the carrier. ☪ Italy: shipped via GLS or BRT express courier. Delivery in approximately 1-3 business days (additional days may be needed for islands, Calabria and remote areas).

☪ Europe: depending on your selected shipping method, orders are shipped via standard mail or UPS/DHL/FedEx express courier. Delivery via standard mail is in approximately 4-15 business days to most areas (you can find more detailed info about specific delivery time via standard mail to your area at checkout, before paying). Delivery via UPS/DHL/FedEx express courier is in approximately 1-3 business days (depending on the area).

☪ ROW (Rest of The World): when shipped via standard mail, please allow between 5-20 business days for delivery to most areas (you can find more detailed info about specific delivery time via standard mail to your area at checkout, before paying). When shipped via UPS/DHL/FedEx express courier, please allow between 1-5 business days for delivery to most areas. This excludes Custom Clearance times, which could be added to the delivery times.

IMPORTANT: Some countries might require Customs Clearance, which could cause some additional delay that does not depend on us. Please keep in mind that, for all those countries that do require Customs Clearance, the customer will be the sole person responsible for any VAT & Duties applied to their shipment. By placing an order with us, you agree to this.

As customary with delivery, please keep in mind that delays may occur and that they do not depend on us but solely on the carrier. All delivery times are thus only indicative, and do not depend on us. We work with reputable shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. While we strive for timely deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners' operational issues. Shipping can also be impacted by severe weather events which are beyond everyone's control. We are not responsible for any missing, lost, or stolen packages for which the customer did not select Shipping Protection at checkout: these will need to be disputed with the delivery carrier directly, by opening a claim with them. If you have purchased Shipping Protection with your order, you may contact us directly for any issues with your order.

4. Shipping Costs:

The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before you complete your purchase. We offer various shipping service options which you can select. We offer free shipping to select addresses when spending over a minimum value (which excludes any digital products, Package Protection, Taxes or other duties). The threshold will be displayed on site prior to checkout and within FAQs. We withhold the right to remove the free shipping offer at any time and with no prior notice required. We may remove the free shipping offer, cancel orders or request additional payment to cover excessive shipping expenses if our cost to ship goods to you is disproportionate to the value of the order.

5. Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive one or more email notifications with tracking information (if you have selected a tracked service), allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days after your order has been collected by shipping carriers for tracking information to become available and/or be updated.

6. Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions:

MoonRose Jewelry reserves the right to impose shipping restrictions and exclusions based on various factors, including but not limited to:
Legal restrictions or regulations in certain countries or regions.
Incomplete or inaccurate shipping address information.
Payment issues, such as failed transactions or fraud concerns.
Unforeseen events or natural disasters that may impact shipping operations.

We may contact customers to request additional information or documentation to fulfill certain orders. In the event of an item or order being unavailable for fulfillment due to any restriction or exclusion, and where money has already been paid for items, we will process customers a refund for these items in line with our standard refund policy and process.
